Refund policy

We are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to return an artwork.

The purchase of any and all artworks is final, once we have generated and dispatched the relevant sales invoice electronically or via post. This means that we are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the artwork.

However, we do understand that there may be some circumstances where a refund is necessary. In these cases, we will consider your request for a refund if the artwork has a major material flaw that was self-evident before shipping. This means that if the artwork has an issue that would have stopped someone from buying the artwork had they known about it, deemed unsafe to hang, or significantly and fundamentally different from the image or description provided by the gallery

If any of these conditions apply to your artwork, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it to request a refund. We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the artwork to us. Please note that we will only issue a refund once we have received the artwork in its original condition. Shipping fee is not refundable.
